Acrylic line · laser-cut and flame-polished
Risers, step stands, jewelry and figure cases, sign holders — cut, polished and packed in our own factory in Dongguan. Send a drawing or a reference photo and we come back with material options, a lead time and a factory price.
Acrylic is the material most retail brands reach for when they want a display that reads clean and modern without the weight and breakage risk of glass. Our acrylic line covers the shapes that actually sell product:
Three things drive both the look and the price of an acrylic display: the sheet type, the thickness, and how the cut edge is finished. We quote all three explicitly, so two suppliers are easy to compare like for like.
| Decision | Options | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet type | Cast acrylic (preferred) or extruded acrylic | Cast machines and polishes better and resists crazing around cut edges; extruded costs less and is fine for flat panels and simple bends. |
| Thickness | 1–3 mm panels · 5–10 mm structural parts · 15–30 mm blocks and plinths | Thicker sheet holds a heavier product and stays flat over long spans, but adds weight and freight cost. |
| Edge finish | Flame polish · diamond polish · sandblast · raw cut | Flame polish gives a glossy edge at moderate cost; diamond polish approaches optical clarity for premium retail; sandblast softens light and hides scratches. |
| Colour | Clear, black, white, tinted, mirrored, frosted | Tinted and mirrored sheet usually carries a minimum sheet quantity; we confirm the closest available match before production. |
| Branding | UV print, silk screen, laser engraving | UV print suits full-colour artwork on flat faces; engraving gives a permanent frosted mark that will not wear off. |
Most display failures are specification failures, not manufacturing failures. These are the points we raise during DFM review:
One piece. Most buyers start with a single prototype to check proportion and finish in their own store, then move to volume production once the design is signed off.
Yes for tinted sheet and for printed panels. Tinted sheet usually carries a minimum sheet quantity, and we confirm the closest available match — with a physical swatch where the colour is critical — before production starts.
Your call, and it can differ per edge. We default to flame polish on visible edges and leave hidden edges raw to keep cost down; diamond polish is available where the display sits at eye level in premium retail.
We machine channels and mounting points for LED strips and leave cable exits where you need them. The lighting components themselves are normally sourced to your specification or supplied by you, since certification requirements differ by market.
Removable protective film on both faces, PE foam wrap, individual carton, then a master carton on a pallet. For flat-pack orders we add corner protection and interleaving so panels do not rub in transit.
Sketches, CAD files or reference photos are all fine to start. MOQ 1 pc · 7-day sampling.
