Design to drawing, or design with us

Two starting points work well. If you have drawings — shop drawings, CAD, or a dimensioned sketch — we quote directly from them and return DFM comments on anything that will be hard to build, expensive to ship or likely to fail in service. If you have only a reference image and a floor plan, we propose a build: structure, material, finish and a dimensioned layout for your approval before anything is cut. Either way the drawing is signed off before production, so the sample and the shipment match.

Flat-pack or fully assembled

Finish coordination across a fit-out

The most common complaint in a fit-out is not a badly made unit — it is units that do not match each other. When a project includes counters, shelving and loose furniture, we finish them in one batch against a single approved sample, so the stain and sheen are consistent across the store. If your project is being built in phases, keep the finish sample on file and quote the batch number on later orders.

Commercial and shipping notes

MOQ is 1 piece, so a single counter or a single shelving bay is a normal order. Sampling takes about 7 days after the drawing is confirmed, and for furniture this is usually a finish sample on the specified material rather than a full-size unit. Production lead time depends on joinery complexity and finishing, and is quoted per project. We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen, or door-to-door with crating for assembled pieces — see shipping and trade terms.

Planning a rollout? Send the unit count per store and the store count. Batching identical units across stores usually reduces unit cost and guarantees a consistent finish, and it lets us plan freight around full containers instead of part loads.

Frequently asked questions

Can you produce from our shop drawings?

Yes. Send DWG, DXF, PDF or a dimensioned sketch. We return DFM comments on structure, material and shipping, then quote from the approved drawing.

What is the minimum order for furniture?

One piece. Single counters and single shelving bays are routine orders; there is no requirement to buy a full store set.

Do you deliver and install?

We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or door-to-door. Installation is normally handled by your local fit-out team; for flat-pack units we supply assembly drawings and labelled parts.

How do you protect furniture in transit?

Assembled pieces are crated with foam at contact points; flat-pack panels are edge-protected and interleaved. Corner protection and desiccant are added for long sea routes.
